The Front Fifty was founded by Jason Harris, a firefighter and lifelong gamer who understands both service and community. Inspired by personal experiences helping familiy members with ADHD, autism, and physical disabilities, Jason saw gaming as more than entertainment — it's connection, growth, and belonging.
Drawing from his firefighter background of serving others in crisis, Jason created The Front Fifty to serve the gaming community with the same dedication. From funding therapy sessions to providing adaptive equipment and education grants, we're here to ensure every gamer has the tools to play, learn, and thrive.

As a member of The Front Fifty, Shayne brings a lifelong understanding of the empowering impact of gaming. Born in 1991 and part of the first generation to grow up fully immersed in video games, he developed strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and confidence that shaped his personal and professional journey—ultimately leading to success in the performing arts, including founding a company and performing at NFL halftime shows.
He is driven by The Front Fifty’s mission to bridge gaps in gaming through adaptive equipment, tech education, and mental health support, with a focus on empowering others to unlock their potential just as gaming once did for him.
