TheFrontFifty is a California-based nonprofit organization focused on gaming accessibility, education, and mental health support. Information on this website is provided for general informational and program-related purposes only.​​​​​​​

Information about adaptive gaming equipment, grants, community resources, or support programs is provided for general informational purposes only. TheFrontFifty does not guarantee that any equipment, service, referral, or resource will meet a user’s specific needs, be available at any given time, or be appropriate for any individual situation.

When you submit a donation, application, testimonial, inquiry, or other material to us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submission of an application, inquiry, or request does not guarantee funding, equipment, services, placement, response, or continued availability of any program.

If merchandise, event tickets, or other paid items are offered through the website, all orders are subject to availability, pricing accuracy, and review for fraud prevention. TheFrontFifty reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, refund, return, exchange, shipping, and fulfillment terms will be posted separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
